Theodore R. Slutts

      Theodore R. Slutts, 94, of Waterloo, formerly of Douds and Ottumwa, died Thursday, April 12, 2007, at Gwinnette Medical Center in Duluth, Ga.

      A service is scheduled at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. Anthony Slutz officiating. Burial will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery, north of Douds.

      Family visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

      Memorials to Thompson Road Baptist Church may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the church at 1700 E. Thompson Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227.

      Mr. Slutts was born Aug. 17, 1912, near Douds, the son of Samuel N. and Martha Crane Slutts. He married Mary Margaret Moore. She died Aug. 6, 2006.
