Theodore (Ted) Dale Boal was born March 28, 1952 to Dale and Irene (Dodds) Boal in Iowa City, Iowa. He met his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 4, 2024 at home with family at his side after a 13-month journey with a glioblastoma brain tumor. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Debra (Karsjens) Boal; children Eric (Beth) Boal of Minnetonka, MN, Steve (Kaia) Boal of Lino Lakes, MN, Elizabeth (Jacob) Moss of Ames, IA; grandchildren Fiona, Della, Elsie, and Sonja Boal, Calvin, Eleanor, and Alfred Moss; siblings Scott (Lana) Boal of Everett, WA and Bonnie (Jim) Allen of Ankeny, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thurs., Oct. 10 from 6-8 PM at Kozlak-Radulovich Maple Grove Chapel.

Service will be Fri., Oct. 11 at 1 PM at New Hope Church, 4225 Gettysburg Ave N, New Hope, MN 55428 with visitation one hour prior to the service and reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Cross Resources, Rosebud House of Prayer, or to the donor’s choice.
