Theresa Julia Makatura Graby

Theresa Julia Makatura Graby, 73, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., died at 12:25 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after a short battle with leukemia.

  A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Franklin Road Baptist Church, Murfreesboro, Tenn., with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Franklin Road Baptist Church.

Memorials may be made to Franklin Road Christian School, 3148 Franklin Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37128.

Woodfin Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

  Mrs. Graby was born in Baptistown, N.J., the daughter of Frank and Mary Liskai Makatura. She was married to Merlin Rex Graby, formerly of the Fairfield area, for 49.5 years.
