Thomas Andrew Garrett, 64, of Vancouver, WA, after courageously battling lung cancer for 8 1/2 years Tom’s battle ended on January 27, 2023. Tom was born in Washington, Iowa, on June 27, 1958, to Robert Dean Garrett and Shirley Elaine (Gardner) Garrett.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Sistern Shelangoski) Garrett of Vancouver, Washington; stepson, Michael Shelangoski of Portland, Oregon; parents, Dean and Shirley Garrett of Washington, Iowa; brother, Terry Garrett (Ron Mittan) of Albuquerque, NM; and brother, Ricky Garrett of Marion, Iowa.

Preceded in death by his grandparents and his aunt Darlene of Washington, Iowa.
