Thomas Dean Evans
WELLMAN - Thomas Dean Evans, 31, of Iowa City, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2001, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, following complications of heart surgery.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, at Wellman Cemetery in Wellman, with the Rev. Dan Toney officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for the Pediatric Cardiology Department at University of Iowa Hospitals.
