Thomas Walter Watkinson
KALONA ? Thomas Walter Watkinson, 54, of Kinross, died Tuesday, May 29, 2012, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a brief illness.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 1, at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond with the Rev. Marty Goetz officiating. Burial will follow at the Metzler Cemetery in rural Riverside. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona with a prayer vigil at 7:30 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
