Timothy C. Burt

      Timothy C. Burt, 34, of Shakopee, Minn., died on Dec. 4, 2002, in Shakopee.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 at Valley Evangelical Free Church in Chaska, Minn. Private family burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minn. Bertas Funeral Home in Chaska, Minn., is in charge of arrangements.

      Mr. Burt was born on Oct. 27, 1968, in Eau Claire, Wis., to Norman H. and Barbara A. Moore Burt. He was a graduate of Apollo High School in Phoenix, Ariz. and Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minn. He married Connie Koehn on Sept. 20, 1997. He was employed by Northern Cap Manufacturing in Minneapolis. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed spending time camping and trout fishing, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

      Survivors include his wife; three children, a son, Elijah, and two daughters, Abigail and Jessica, all of Shakopee; his father of Sun City, Ariz.; his mother of Winonia, Minn.; two brothers, Bruce Kohner of Winonia, and Brian Burt of Phoenix; a sister, Lynn and her husband Myron Brahee of Cologne, Minn.; mother- and father-in-law, the Rev. Melvin and his wife Dolora Koehn of Wayland; and grandmother, Gladys Burt of Rochester.
