Timothy A. Haynes, age 51, of Washington, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at the University of Iowa Hospital following a sudden illness.

Celebration of life services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Claywell officiating. The family will be present to receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A general memorial has been established. Timothy was born May 23, 1967, in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, the son of Raymond and Pauline (Sanderson) Job. He attended school in Washington, Iowa, and graduated from Cedar Rapids Jefferson High School. He was married to Brenda Mehrens on April 28, 1996.

Tim lived most of his life in Washington, Iowa, working at ACH Foam and Crane Valves in Washington, and Bender Foundry in Sigourney. He loved his motorcycle, restoring his Firebird, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his fiancé, Kayla Erhart of Washington, Iowa; daughter, Skyah Haynes of Washington, Iowa; son, Timothy Mehrens and girlfriend Leann Fox of Washington, Iowa; step children, Nevaeh Bowen, Damien Elsey and David Salyers; siblings, Rodney Job and fiancé Marvie of Aberdeen, SD; Brenda Mayrose and husband George of Palisades, CO; David Haynes of Washington, IA; Tim Job of Washington, IA; Steve Haynes of Washington, IA; Tina Burke and husband Rob of Newnan, GA; Mike Job of Sigourney, IA; Matt Job and wife Felipa Davis of Coralville, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
