FAIRFIELD ? Tony Paul Hagans, 44, of Lockridge died Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at his home.

Funeral service will be at 3 p.m., Monday, June 27, at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Dean Elmore officiating. Cremation will follow the service, and burial will be at a later date. Visitation for family and friends will be from 2 to 3 p.m., prior to the service, Monday at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the family. Cards and memorials can be mailed to Dickie and Carol Hagans, 3291 Macoon Road, Lockridge, IA 52635.

Mr. Hagans was born April 19, 1972, in Iowa City, the son of Dickie and Carol (Jennings) Hagans.

He worked at WCDC Inc. as a laborer. He enjoyed listening to music, watching TV, listening to his nieces and nephews reading to him, buggy rides, and watching outdoor wildlife.

Surviving are his parents, of Lockridge; one sister, Melissa Bittner of Brighton; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, David Bittner; and his grandparents.
