Tresa G. Cnossen

      Tresa G. Cnossen, 88, of Washington, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005, at Pleasantview Home in Kalona following a brief illness.

      Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Dennis Fox officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. Visitation will begin at noon on Friday, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for Pleasantview Home in Kalona.

      Mrs. Cnossen was born on Aug. 2, 1916, in Muscatine to Samuel and Marie DeFosse. She married to Walter Ahlf and later married Lawrence Borkoski. On March 17, 1972, she married Bill Cnossen.
