Vada Ruth Hahn

KEOTA - Vada Ruth Hahn, 79, of Keota, died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, in Iowa City of cancer.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, in the Holy Trinity Parish - St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota with the Rev. Charles Fladung officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Trinity Cemeteries - St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Powell Funeral Home in Keota, where there will be an Altar and Rosary Society rosary at 3 p.m. and a wake service at 5 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Keota Senior Citizens Center.

      Mrs. Hahn was born April 15, 1929, in Brighton, the daughter of L.P. and Mabel (Engel) Guy. She married Donald J. Hahn on My 29, 1954 in Keota.
