Velda Louise Pearson
Velda Louise Pearson, 85, New London, died at 7:15 p.m., Saturday, July 7, 2001, at the Fort Madison Community Hospital in Fort Madison.
The memorial graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 11 at Burge Cemetery in New London, with the Rev. Dan Buck officiating. There will be no visitation. Mrs. Pearson has been cremated. A memorial has been established to Burge Cemetery Association. Elliott Chapel in New London is handling arrangements.
