Vera June Slonaker, 89, of Birmingham, died Monday, May 19, 2008, at Fountain West Health Care Center in West Des Moines.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church in Birmingham, with the Rev. Mike Renken officiating.
