Verle 'Doc' Anderson
Verle I. "Doc" Anderson, 81, of Winfield, died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
The funeral service will be Thursday, Jan. 2 at 10 a.m. at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield with the Rev. Jo Hary officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be on Tuesday, Dec. 31 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be no family visitation. A memorial has been established for the Winfield - Mt. Union Education Foundation.
