Vesta Taylor Ketels
Vesta Taylor Ketels, 98, formerly of Sarah Porter Beckwith (PEO) Home in Mt. Pleasant, died at 3:12 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, 1999, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.
The memorial service will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, at Congregational-Universalist Church in Mt. Pleasant. Burial of her cremains will be at a later date in Logan Park Cemetery in Sioux City. Visitation is from noon to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Memorials have been established to Sarah Porter Beckwith Fund Inc. and First Congregational Church in Sioux City.
