Victor Parcell

      RICHLAND - Victor Parcell, 72, of Richland, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, in Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, in Trinity Friends Church in Richland with the Rev. Tim Hadley, the Rev. Ron Bryan and the Rev. Stan Bauer officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery, Visitation will begun at 4 p.m. Friday in the Gould Funeral Home in Richland where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for Research on Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease.

      Mr. Parcell was born July 10, 1935, in rural Brighton, the son of William B. and Bernice E. (Dowd) Parcell. He married Helen F. Hoskins on Sept. 26, 1959, in the Pleasant Plain Friends Church.
