Virgil Eugene Davis
WELLMAN - Virgil Eugene Davis, 76, of Burnet, Texas, formerly of Keota, died Sunday, June 17, 2001, at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Wellman, with the Rev. Ezra Shenk officiating. Burial will be in Wassonville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, at the funeral home. A general memorial fund has been established.
