Virginia E. Westfall April 27, 1922 - April 14, 2003

      Virginia E. Westfall, 80, formerly of West Point died on April 14, 2003, at Mercy Health Center in Laredo, Texas.

      The graveside memorial service will be at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Fort Madison, with the Rev. Apo Mponda officiating. Family and friends will meet after the service at the K of C Hall in West Point. Rose Garden Funeral Home in Burlington is in charge of arrangements.

      Survivors include her husband; a son, Harold Elmore of Sweet Home, Ore.; a daughter, Sandra Iverson of West Point; and nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

      In addition to her first husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and one granddaughter.
