Wade ?Joe? E. Blansett, 79, of Hillsboro, died at 3:25 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2001, at Keokuk Area Hospital.
A military memorial service with full military honors will be at 2 p.m., Friday, March 30 at Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Henry Ledbetter, SKC, USN, Ret. officiating. Visitation with the family present will be at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date.
