Walter E. Horning
Walter E. Horning, 89, of Washington, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2004, at Washington Care Center, following a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established for Hospice of Washington County.
Mr. Horning was born on July 18, 1915, in Washington County, to Elmer E. and Emma (Hines) Horning. On Sept. 6, 1938, he married Mildred Oldfield in Kahoka, Mo.
