Walter Mallams
Walter Mallams, 87, of Winfield, died Sunday, Feb. 20, 2005, at his home in Winfield.
According to his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery with Rev. Patte Henderson officiating. Honts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established for the American Heart Association.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandy Oberman of Sioux City and Sherry Rae of West Branch; three grandchildren and one great granddaughter; two nephews and one niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Ricky Ray Mallams, and two brothers and two sisters.
