Warren 'Bill' Wiggins

      Warren "Bill" Wiggins, 78, of 505 S. Main St. Hedrick, died at 10:20 a.m. January 18, 2008 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.

      He was born March 30, 1929 in Wapello County to Ray Oren and Anna Frances Sanchez Tereso Wiggins. He married Donna C. Breckenridge on May 20, 1950.

      Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa with Rev. Carla Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Ottumwa.

      Military services will be conducted by Arendt Bowlin Stubbs Post #83 of the American Legion.

      Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. A Masonic Service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

      Memorials may be made to the McCreery Cancer Center.
