Warren Dean Jennings

      COLUMBUS JUNCTION-Warren Dean Jennings, 83, of Letts, died Sunday, July 18, 2004, at Lutheran Homes in Muscatine.

      Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 21, at 10 a.m., at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction, with the Rev. Kimberly Bowles officiaiting. Burial will be in Letts Cemetery with full military rites accorded by the Allen Wright Hanft Post No. 100 American Legion. Following services at the cemetery, there will be a time of food and fellowship at Letts United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Letts Library and the Letts City Park.

      Mr. Jennings was born on Nov. 6, 1920, in Columbus Junction, to Donald Dean and Grace Jane (Smith) Jennings. On Dec. 21, 1945, he married Frances Kester in Letts.
