Wayne E. 'Beaner' Gingerich
KALONA - Wayne E. "Beaner" Gingerich, 74, of rural Parnell, died Monday, Oct. 28, 2002, at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williamsburg, with the Rev. Joseph Roost officiating. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in Holbrook. Visitation will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. It will continue at St. Mary's Catholic Church Hall from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, where a prayer service will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
