Wayne Frank Higby
Wayne Frank Higby, 75, of Ventura, Calif., died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27 at Charles Carroll Chapel of the Good Shephard in Ventura. Charles Carroll Funeral Home, 15 Teloma Drive, Ventura, Calif., 93003, is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife; a son, David Higby of Simi Valley, Calif.; two daughters, Debra Wolff of Ventura, and Diane Drewes of Lompoc, Calif.; six grandchildren; two brothers, Bob Higby of Eldon and Mike Higby of Phoenix; and two sisters, Rosalie Anderson of Mt. Pleasant, and Sheila Faricy of St. Paul., Minn.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
