Wesley N. Burrows

Wesley N. Burrows, 91, of Kalona, died Friday, December 15, 2017 at Parkview Manor in Wellman.

A Celebration of Life for Wesley Burrows will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of The Nazarene in Iowa City with Pastor Michael Lynch officiating. Burial will follow at the Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 21 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund has been established for the Church of the Nazarene Chaplaincy, Hospice of Compassus and Parkview Manor.

Survivors include three sons: Rayner (Pat) Burrows of Kalona, David (Doreen) Burrows of Tampa, Fla., and Jerry (Tina) Burrows of Kalona; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Rushlo of Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and one sister, Francis Freeburg of Minneapolis, Minn.

Preceding Wes in death were his parents; his wife, Hazel; his son, James; three sisters: Ila, Lillian and Bonnie; and two brothers: Ernie and Alfred
