Willa M. 'Willie' Thiry
Willa M. "Willie" Thiry, 72, of Ottumwa, died Saturday, April 19, 2008, at home.
A funeral is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. Sue Babovec officiating. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Waterloo.
Visitation began at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 5-7 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Hospice, 312 E. Alta Vista, Ottumwa 52501.
Mrs. Thiry was born July 12, 1935, in Blackhawk County, the daughter of Edward and Beulah De Moss Kemp. She married Ed Thiry II June 24, 1989.
