William Arthur Combs, 56, of Richland, died at his home Tuesday May 7, 2024. He was born in Burbank, CA, the son of Arthur Bailey and Gertrude Fey Vetter Combs, Jr. Bill grew up in Hollywood, CA and graduated from Hollywood High School in 1987. He married Catherine Lenore Lofgren in Las Vegas, NV on February 14, 2014. Bill worked for Dickey Transport as an over the road truck driver and had driven for FedEx before that for several years.

He is survived by his wife Catherine of Richland, his daughter Ashley Farley of Las Vegas, NV, grandchildren: Scott, Violet, Wynrie, and Thaddeus Farley, Step Children: Michael Mitchell, Jr and wife Samantha of Taswell, TN, Lanny Richardson, Jr of Bristol, TN, Catherine Sautter and husband Stuart of Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Step-Grandchildren: Alison, Hailee, Liam, Navea, Ryder and Aaro, his sister: Sherry Lynn Combs and partner Sue Decker of Altadena, CA and Mother-in-Law Patricia Hastings-Ellsworth of Richland and sister-in-law Teresa Beigler. He was preceded in death by his parents and infant sister: Tammie Marie Combs.

Bill requested no funeral services, therefore, the family asks his friends and family to specifically perform acts of kindness for others in his memory.
