William ?Bill? E. Wintermeyer

William ?Bill? E. Wintermeyer, 91, of Winfield died Friday June 25, 2010 at the University Hospital in Iowa City. 

    Funeral service will be Tuesday June 29, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Jon Evans and Joan Rodgers officiating.  Cremation will follow the service. Friends may call from 1-7 p.m. Monday at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield, where the family will be present from 5-7 p.m.  A Masonic service will follow at 7 p.m. Memorials have been established for the benefit of Camp Courageous, Clark County Mule Festival, Winfield Historical Society, and Olds Fire Dept.

    Mr. Wintermeyer was born March 19, 1919 in Winfield to Allen and Mabel (Schweitzer) Wintermeyer. He was a graduate of Winfield High School. On September 7, 1940, he married Mary Rodruck at Winfield; she died March 6, 2009.
