William 'Bill' F. Leigh
WELLMAN - William "Bill" F. Leigh, 70, of Wellman, died Thursday, July 4, 2002, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services were held today at Powell Funeral Home in Wellman, with Rev. Rich Pippert officiating. Burial with military rites accorded by the Charles Polton American Legion Post No. 427 was in Wellman Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Asbury United Methodist Church and Alzheimer's research.
