KEOTA ? William ?Bill? George Vincent, 53, of Washington, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2011.
Celebration of life services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, at the United Church of Faith in Keota with the Rev. Dennis Hopes officiating. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. A general memorial fund has been established.
