William 'Billy' Bruce

William "Billy" Bruce, 51, of Riverside, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Visitation for Billy will be Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Riverside. Billy was born on April 5, 1966, the son of William Edward and Bobbie (Brown) Bruce. On December 4, 1988, he was united in marriage to Norma Oliver in Dawson Springs. Billy had worked as a process engineer for Engineer Plastic Corporation in Kalona, Iowa for the past 10 years. He enjoyed fishing, sports and music. He was an avid Kentucky Wildcats, Chicago Cubs, and Dallas Cowboy fan and had become an Iowa Hawkeye fan.

Billy will be deeply missed by his wife, Norma; step-children, Lisa Oliver and Bobby Oliver; four step-grandchildren; his mother; sister, Debbie Dunning; brother, Ronald Bruce; nephews, Nick and Austin; and niece, Mandy.

He was preceded in death by his father.
