William Carl 'Bill' Pfeiffer
NEW LONDON - William Carl "Bill" Pfeiffer, 67, of New London, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007, in Great River Medical Center, West Burlington.
The body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, in Elliott Chapel, New London, with the Rev. Dot Hasler officiating. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Saturday in the chapel, where the family will be present from 10 to 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to the family.
Mr. Pfeiffer was born April 28, 1940, in Danville, the son of Robert W. and Nelle (Martin) Pfeiffer. He married Judith Butterbaugh on April 30, 1960, in North Liberty.
