William Earl Skinner
William Earl Skinner, 101, of West Point, formerly of New London, died at 2:10 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2002, at the West Point Care Center.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3 at the Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Judith Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery in New London. Visitation will be after noon on Tuesday, April 2 at the funeral home with family present from 7 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
