William Eugene ?Gene? Zieglowsky, 70 of Washington, died Friday, September 03, 2010 at the Washington County Hospital.

    Funeral Services have been set for 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Washington with Pastor Daryl Carr officiating. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at Noon Tuesday at the Beatty Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 5-7:00 PM in the evening. A general memorial in the name of Gene Zieglowsky has been established.

    Gene was born August 3, 1940 in Washington, Iowa the son of Cloyce Clinton and Myrtle Maxine (Churchill) Zieglowsky. He graduated from Washington High School in 1958 and was united in marriage to Elizabeth Jane ?Liz? Taylor, July 26, 1959 in Bedford, Iowa.
