William F. Denney
William Frank Denney, 67, of Yarmouth, died Thursday, July 31, at his home.
A funeral service was held at 10:30 a.m. today, Aug. 4, at Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Brad Hanson officiating. His body was cremated; inurnment will be at a later date in Trinity Cemetery in Mt. Union.
Memorials have been established for the Yarmouth Fire Department and the Des Moines County Fair.
He was born Aug. 13, 1940, in Burlington, the son of Frank and Edith Havenhill. He married Joanne Tonkinson on June 26, 1960, at the Yarmouth Methodist Church.
