William F. Simmons
William F. "Bill" Simmons, 68, a former resident of New London, died April 15, 2002 in Woodland, Calif.
A memorial service was held at McNary's Chapel in Woodland. Graveside services for internment of his ashes will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 28 at Burge Cemetery in New London with pastor Matt Miller of the New London United Methodist Church officiating. Military rites will be provided by VFW Post 2561, American Legion Post 58, AMVETS Post 44 and Honor Guard with Dean King comanding.
