William G. Steele Jr.
William G. Steele Jr., 64, of New London, died Friday, June 22, 2007, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, at the Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with Pastor Jerry Phillips officiating. Burial with full military honors conducted by the Henry County Honor Guard will be at the Burge Cemetery in New London. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Monday, June 25, at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. A memorial has been established in his memory.
