William H. ?Bill? Crawford

William H. ?Bill? Crawford, 84, of Clearwater, Kan., died Thursday, March 12, 2009.

A funeral was held at 1 p.m. today at Belle Plaine United Methodist Church in Belle Plaine, Kan.

Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials have been established to Belle Plaine United Methodist Church, 124 E. 10th, Belle Plaine, KS 67013, and Clearwater Retirement Community, 620 E. Wood, Clearwater, KS 67026.

Mr. Crawford was born Jan. 12, 1925, in Locust Grove Township in Jefferson County, the son of William Earl and Flossie Melvina Knox Crawford. He married Mildred Lucille Northup Dec. 24, 1944, in Fairfield. She died April 12, 2006.
