William J. 'Bill' Waggoner
William J. "Bill" Waggoner, 75, of Washington, died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002, at McCreedy Home in Washington, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with the Rev. Richard Boyd officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Saturday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Washington County or the Central Park Fountain Fund.
