OTTUMWA - William L. "Bill" Ross Sr., 66, of Ottumwa, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2001, at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
Funeral services were held today at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. Eugene Smith officiating. Burial was in Ottumwa Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
