William R. 'Bill' Fisher
William R. "Bill" Fisher, 88, of Monroe, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2006, at his home.
A service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with the Rev. Beth Ann French officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery with military services conducted by O.B. Nelson Post No. 3 American Legion and Walter B. Schafer Post No. 775 Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Visitation began at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home; the family will be present from 6-8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to O.B. Nelson Post No. 3 American Legion.
