William R. Schillig
DAVENPORT ? William R. Schillig, 80, of Davenport, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at his home, following a battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home in Davenport. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 26. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Genesis Hospice.
Mr. Schillig was born Sept. 16, 1929, in Washington, the son of Henry and Lilly (Leffler) Schillig.
