William Ray ?Bill? Mattocks

CEDAR RAPIDS ? William Ray ?Bill? Mattocks, 60, of Brandon, formerly of Wayland/Crawfordsville area, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009, in Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.

    Celebration of Life will be held Friday, Sept. 11, 2009, in the Center Chapel located in the North Village of the Old Threshers grounds in McMillan Park, Mt. Pleasant. Family and friends are invited to attend from 5 to 8 p.m. with a brief tribute and message being shared at 7 p.m. Cedar Memorial Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to hospice.

    Mr. Mattocks was born Dec. 29, 1948, in Revere, Mo., the son of Eddie and Helen (Burcham) Mattocks.
