Wilma Cross Heilman

      Wilma Cross Heilman, 89, of Washington, died Friday, May 30, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital after failing health for the past two months.

      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Julie Poulsen officiating. Interment will be in the Elm Grove cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Halcyon House.

      Mrs. Heilman was born April 13, 1919, in Monmouth, Ill., the daughter of the Rev. William Henry and Alice Jane (Harmon) Cross. She married Logan T. Heilman on May 10, 1942 in the Delta Christian Church in Delta.
