Wilma E. Kerby

      Wilma E. Kerby, 85, formerly of Milton, died at 11:20 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.

      A funeral was held this morning at Milton Christian Church, with the Rev. Justin DeVries officiating. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery.

      Memorials to Milton Christina Church or Van Buren Good Samaritan Center may be mailed to the family at 1002 E. Franklin St., Bloomfield 52537.

      Arrangements are in the care of Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

      Mrs. Kerby was born May 21, 1922, near Coatsville, Mo., the daughter of Fredric R. and Florence Lamb Weldon. She married Gordon D. Kerby June 26, 1940, in Kirksville, Mo. He died Nov. 19,
