Wilmot Rogers

Wilmot "Will" Rogers, age 69, of Wellington, Kan., died Tuesday, March 21, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington.

      The funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 25, at First Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Tom Tuning officiating. Following services, all are invited to join the family in the church fellowship hall. A cremation has taken place with burial to follow at a later date.

      Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, March 24. The family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.

      Mr. Rogers was born to Virgil Raymond and Anna LaVerne Hartley Rogers on July 21, 1936, in Goodland, Kan. On July 21, 1955, he married Phyllis Jean Hosie in White City, Kan.
