      Wilson D. "Bill" Skaggs, age 79 of Birmingham, IA, passed away February 23, 2008 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, IA.

      Family visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, IA.

      Funeral Services for Wilson D. "Bill" Skaggs will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at Birmingham United Methodist Church in Birmingham with Pastor Michael Renken officiating. Burial with military rites performed by Haney-Branan Post #181 of Birmingham will be in Spencer Cemetery near Stockport, IA.

      Wilson D. "Bill" Skaggs was born April 11, 1928 to Crawford H. and Emma Peplow Skaggs. He married Anna Belle Clark on August 19, 1950 in Memphis, MO.
