Winogean 'Winnie' Mourer

      RICHLAND - Winogean "Winnie" Mourer, 87, of rural Richland, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, in Arbor Court Nursing Home in Mt. Pleasant.

      Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, in the Richland United Methodist Church in Richland with the Rev. Kim Gates officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Friday in the Gould Funeral Home in Richland where the family will be present from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A memorial fund has been established.

      Mrs. Mourer was born May 20, 1921 in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of William "Bill" and Luzetta (Culbertson) McNeese. She married Ray Mourer on Oct. 27, 1946 in Grinnell.
