Earth gets needed rest

Silver linings. There have been a few. But for the earth it has been a much needed rest. A purification and renewal. The evidence of the effects of less and less pollution is so inspiring. And we all share in the benefits.
Would it be at all possible to continue to enjoy the benefits of a cleaner environment?..Clean air? Water? Less fossil fuel pollution? More sustainable energy?
Now that would be a blessing for generations to come.
